Delete your account

You can delete your account and its data at any time, in the app or by email.

In the app

  1. Open Flatball Connect and go to Settings.
  2. Tap your profile at the top.
  3. Tap Delete account, below Save.
  4. Type Delete to confirm.

It happens straight away.

Without the app

Email support@flatballconnect.app from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my account” and your username. We'll delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner, and write back when it's done.

If you can't use that address any more, tell us your username and we'll find a way to confirm it's you before deleting anything.

What's deleted

Your sign-in and email address
Your username, display name, MMP/FMP and profile photo
Everything you've saved: drills and lists, playlists, quiz answers and streak, progress and teams
Games you organized, with everyone's sign-ups for them
Your sign-ups for other players' games

What's kept

Bug reports and feature requests you sent

Kept, with the link to your account removed, until we've dealt with them. To have them deleted too, say so in your email.

Failed sign-in attempts

A username and a time, deleted after a day anyway.

Anything you saved on your phone without signing in stays on your phone; deleting the app removes it. More in the privacy policy.
